Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Custom‑made, personalized, or perishable items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Step 1 – Contact Us

Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at [email protected] or call +1 (405) 871-3002. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and give you further instructions.

Step 2 – Prepare the Package

Securely pack the item in its original packaging or a comparable sturdy box. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival).

Step 3 – Ship the Return

Use a trackable shipping service and retain the receipt and tracking number. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7‑10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The following amounts may be deducted:

  • Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
  • Restocking fee of up to 15% for non‑defective items, if applicable.

If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or missing components, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or charge a reduced amount.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order. Once the original item is received and approved, you may place a new order for the desired product. Any price differences will be applied accordingly.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
